Terms of service

All orders containing pre-order items (singles and product to be shipped upon a later release date) are charged upon checkout. The initial price paid and charged will remain as such regardless of any increases in price prior to the release date. A client may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to shipping if it was not already processed.

Any store credit that is banked on account, be it from selling cards to the store, having an amount transferred from a different account, being given store credit as a gift, or winning store credit in a tournament, cannot be converted into cash at a later point in time.  Banked store credit can only be used to purchase TCG singles and other products in-store or on waypointgames.ca

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
